My Figures' Christmas 2012

Christmas Time! Let's check out what my figures are up to during the

world's most celebrated festival in 2012. We shall look at each of the

series on their own.

 

Figure Comic: Good Idea

 

Starring Araragi, Karen, Kanbaru and Mayoi (also Sunred).

 

Feel like creating something that matches this month's theme :) 

figma Karen Araragi

figma Karen Araragi is the latest of my figures collection. She is from the anime

Nisemonogatari, which is a sequel to one my my favourites, Bakemonogatari.

Karen and her younger sister, Tsukihi are nicknamed as Fire Sisters. She only

appeared briefly in Bakemonogatari but is the heroine in the Karen Bee arc.

 

Behind The Scenes: figma K-ON! Stage Play

Behind The Scenes for this round is solely focused on the stage setup

for K-ON! Stage Play: Romeo and Juliet. The objective to is to recreate

that epic scene in episode 19 of K-ON!! season 2.

 

K-ON! Stage Play: Romeo and Juliet

In episode 19 of K-ON!! season 2, a stage play of Romeo and Juliet is

being performed during the school festival. Here is the figma version :)

figma Griffith from Berserk

Who is this knight with a pretty face? Ladies and gentlemen, meet figma

Griffith. He is from the manga/anime called Berserk. Together with Guts,

Griffith is one of the main characters.

 

World Teachers' Day 2012

The 5th of October is the World Teachers' Day. It is created by UNESCO

to celebrate teachers worldwide. More info about that on their website.

Starring figma Homura, Kyoko, Sayaka and Mami from the

anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

 

I believe everyone has things that can and cannot forgive :)

Just when I got back from my Shanghai trip, found this lovely figure waiting

for me^^ She is figma Tsubasa Hanekawa from the anime Bakemonogatari.

Left-Handers' Day 2012

Every year on the 13th of August is the Left-Handers' Day. It is a special

day for the left-handers, which made up of about 7 to 10% of the world

population. Among hundreds of my figure charaters, 3 girls stand out as

being left-handed. Let's check them out.

Figure Comic: Transform

Starring figma Azusa, Madoka and Homura. 

figma Saber Zero in a suit

Fate Zero is one of the best anime in recent times. The first figma from this

series being released is figma Saber, Zero version. She is presented in cool
black suit. Saber is also one of my favorite character of all time.

Finally, the last of the magical girls from the anime Puella Magi Madoka

Magica is here! We are talking about figma Kyoko Sakura.

Updates: No figure comic this month

For the past one year or so, this blog has been always feature one figure comic

on the first day of every month. That consistent streak has come to an end this

month... I blame it on Euro 2012 and the open beta launch of C9. Figure comic

should be resumed in next month and I am already preparing for the upcoming

figures gallery.

Also today just received my figma Homura Uniform Version, the one that is GSC

web shop exclusive. Can expect lots of Madoka-related stuff coming soon :)

figma Index

This is the figma Index, a cute nun from the anime Toaru Majutsu no Index.

Her full name is Index Librorum Prohibitorum. 

Who is the best dad?

Father's Day is here! In conjunction with this wonderful day, we will search

for the best dad. The candidates are of course from my figma collection :)

figma Sayaka Miki

A big welcome to the fourth girl from the anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica,

her name is figma Sayaka Miki.

Figure Comic: figma Idol

Starring figma Luka as the idol, Mikuru, Golgo and Saber as judges. 

figma Ika Musume

Ika Musume, the heroine from the anime Shinryaku! Ika Musume is one of

the cutest character recently. I like the show, which is also known as Squid

Girl and will not allow myself to miss out on figma Ika Musume. We will call

her Ika-chan from here :)

How to make figma baby

Don't get the title wrong, it means what it means, literally :) Just want to

share this out. Mato-chan will assist me in this.

Who is the best mom?

Today is the big day that is known as Mother's Day. Last year we saw Vivio wrote

about her feelings for her mamas in A Magical Family. For this year, we will look

at who is or can be the best mom among my figma girls :) Most the pritures will

feature a figma baby, which is custom made by myself. Enjoy!

After some delays, I have finally get my figma Mami Tomoe^^ She is my

favourite character in the anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

figma Rei Ayanami 2.0

I had lots of fun with my previous figma Rei Ayanami gallery so here we have

the version 2.0 :) However, this time we will skip her introductions as well as 

her accessories part. Instead, will explore more on Rei with the variety of

weapons and gadgets from other figures.

figma Nadeko Sengoku

figma Nadeko Sengoku, the fourth girl and fifth character from the anime

Bakemonogatari that gets a figma release.

figma Kuroko Shirai

Finally, I am able to get my hands on figma Kuroko, the third exclusive release

figma from the anime Toaru Majutsu no Index (A Certain Magical Index). Kuroko

is just a side character in that show but she is one of the main ones in another

anime series called A Certain Scientific Railgun.

Starring BRS-chan, DM, BGS, Mato, Yomi, Ritsu and Mugi.

figma Guts from Berserk

Finally getting a rest day after 15 days of working. Naturally, I decided to spend

some time with my figures. Guts is the main character from the manga Berserk. A

trilogy movies will be released starting this year and figma Guts is what we get as

its merchandise. I am excited as Berserk is one of my all time favourite mangas.

Valentine's Day 2012

Valentine's Day in 2012 is approaching and we can feel love everywhere :)

Managed to have some of my figures featuring in lovey dovey scenes. The

theme used for this year is "flower". Hence, every pic here will have one or

more flowers in it.

Chinese New Year 2012

The first day of Chinese New Year in 2012 falls on the 23rd of January. Celebrated

with some pictures of my figures.

figma Homura Akemi

figma Homura Akemi is my second figma from the anime Puella Magi Madoka

Magica, which is also known as Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magika. Even Madoka

has her name in the anime title, Homura is viewed more as the main heroine.
